ALL ENTRYS are done online including race day entries. All entrants must agree to the participant’s agreement and terms of entry to the event. You MUST list any medical conditions. Please also provide an emergency contact.

Students aged 16, 17 and 18year olds recive a $15 discount on all races.

Refund agreement for 2026: Any agreement of a refund for an entry fee or item purchase is at the discretion of the event committee, processed on a case by case basis. At this time, a full refund is considered for those that are able to supply a valid letter from a qualified health practitioner. A transfer of your registration to someone of your choice can be done, but only whilst the online entry system is open. NO refunds, transfers or cancelations can be processed after the 1st May 2026

Entry Fees

Each event has its own entry fee or do them all (Pentathrun) and get a discount. A free breakfast is available at the end of races 1 and 4. We will have event merchandise and other items for sale on the race days. Early Bird entries must be received before March 31st to receive the early discount. Online entries are still accepted after this date.
